Shipping Information & FAQ
You will receive an order confirmation email after you have placed your order.
All orders are shipped from Birmingham, United Kingdom with Royal Mail.
We ship worldwide and will dispatch your order within 5 working days of the purchase date. You will receive an email from us when your order has been dispatched.
Delivery within the UK generally takes 2-5 working days. Delivery outside of the UK generally takes 1-5 weeks depending on your location.
We keep proof of postage on all orders. Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address on checkout, as we do not take responsibility for delayed or lost parcels due to incorrect address details.
Shipping costs are individually calculated at checkout. The buyer is responsible for any incurring custom fees, VAT or sales taxes.
We currently accept secure payment via PayPal.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the artwork within 10 days after you have received your order. We will issue a full refund once we receive the order in its original condition undamaged. You are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel your order and have it refunded before your item is shipped. Once you receive a dispatch email your order has been shipped. After that point we will be unable to cancel your order. Please contact email@example.com as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to your order.
